Because these are custom-made products, we apply a minimum order amount of € 5000. For orders over € 50,000, please contact our specialists so that they can personally assist you with the purchasing process.

As soon you receive the e-mail confirming your order, your order has gone through successfully. If you have completed the payment process but have not received a confirmation e-mail, please contact our customer service team at info@aldowa.com so that we can assist you.
We understand that you want to be 100% sure of your choice of custom-made panels. That is why you can amend your order free of charge for up to 48 hours after placing the order. To do this, please contact our customer service team at info@aldowa.com. After this time we will have started processing your order and it is unfortunately no longer possible to amend it.

If there is something wrong with your delivered order, please contact us at info@aldowa.com. We will work with you as quickly as possible to see what has happened and how we might resolve it.
Should any damage occur to the product during transportation, please take an image of the observed damage straightaway and report it to us at info@aldowa.com.
We ship panels all over the world from our main location in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. After we receive an order we will inform you of the shipping method.
Our panels are mainly intended for owners of premises such as luxury hotels, restaurants, shops or offices who want their building to have an unique allure. But the panels can also be used successfully by interior designers or individuals who want to give a home or garage a unique look.
The panels are ideal for creating both interior and exterior façades. If you want to use the panels outdoors for a wall higher than 6 metres, please contact our customer service team. We will then be happy to provide you with specific installation advice for your situation.
Since we produce and ship custom-made panels to locations all over the world, the exact delivery time is hard to estimate. As a guide, you can assume that the panels will be delivered after about eight weeks.
Because the panels are custom-made specifically to your requirements, it is unfortunately not possible to exchange or return the order.

Our core business is engineering, manufacturing and installing metal and composite façade cladding for the most unique landmarks around the globe. This means that every project is bespoke. We therefore have a head office and a number of production locations in the Netherlands, but we have no showroom or physical store.
