Ordering
It is easy to create the panels you want. To do this, follow these steps:
- First choose one of the 3D patterns designed by our engineers.
- Then specify the dimensions of the wall to which you want to attach the panels.
- Choose the desired colour in which you want the panels to be coated.
- Choose a finish. You have a choice of three different perforations. No perforation, our basic perforation or the unique perforation.
Please note: because the products are specifically created for you, the minimum order value is € 5000.
Then click on ‘add to cart’ and go through the payment process. Once the payment process is completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and we will start processing your order.

Payment
Payment Methods
There are various ways to pay in our webshop, depending on your preference.
- Credit card
You can pay by credit card with Visa and Mastercard. After completing the details on the checkout page, you will be redirected to a secure environment provided by Mollie, our payment provider, where you can complete the payment. - Bank transfer
You can also pay by bank transfer. This is useful when the amount to be paid exceeds the limit on your credit card, for example. After completing the details on the checkout page, you will immediately receive the details required to transfer the funds. As soon as we have received this, you will receive an invoice and we will start processing the order. - iDEAL
You can also pay using iDEAL. After completing the details on the checkout page, you will be redirected to your own bank’s secure environment where you can complete the payment.
Order value
Please note: you can place orders ranging in order value from € 5000 to € 50,000 in our webshop. For orders over € 50,000, please contact our specialists so that they can personally assist you with the purchasing process.
Delivery and Installation
As soon as payment has been made and the order reaches us, we will process the order. We will contact you shortly about the shipping of the panels and when you can expect the panels. You can expect the panels to arrive some eight weeks after placing the order.
For shipping, we apply a surcharge. The surcharges for each location are shown below:
Europe: 5%
Middle East: 10%
North America and Canada: 10%
Asia: 12%
We also supply clear assembly instructions with the order. If you nonetheless have problems installing the panels, feel free to contact our customer service team at info@aldowa.com. They will assist you as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Because the façade panels are custom-made for each specific order, it is unfortunately not possible to return the products.
